Softonix Incubator: All about

This is your chance to get into the IT industry or to pump up your skills in web development under the supervision of Front-End professionals at Softonix.

In a nutshell

Softonix Incubator - is a 3,5-months program divided into two blocks of free-of-charge studying first and a paid internship afterward that provides a possibility to get a scholarship of up to 300$ (based on your success level).

A few important notes:

• You must have a basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript to apply to the program,

• Our primary specialization in Front-End is Vue.js,

• Visiting our office in Lviv two times per week is mandatory. There you will have a chance to get the most from our mentors, who will guide you through your journey in Front-End development.

Program Schedule

1. Block 1 is a Training Camp that starts on November 7th and lasts for 1.5 months. This course consists of two parts: educational and practical. You will receive the links to the GitHub repository and our 12 previously recorded lessons on such topics:

• #1 - Tools & Technologies

• #2 - Intro to modern JavaScript

• #3 - Typescript

• #4 - Intro to modern CSS

• #5 - Intro to JS Frameworks: Vue.js

• #6 - Vue.js - part 2

• #7 - Vue.js - part 3 [Advanced]

• #8 - ElementPlus - UI library

• #9 - Data fetching - REST

• #10 - Performance optimization

• #11 - General

• #12 - Final Project

After each class, you will have to complete a task that will be evaluated by our mentors and discussed live in our office. At the end of this Block, you will have to work on a Final Project to determine whether you are eligible to continue with our program.

2. In case of successful completion of the Training Camp, you will be advanced to our 2nd Block (Battle Playground) - a paid internship, where you will have a chance to earn up to 300$ based on your performance level. During this part, which lasts for 2 months, you will use the acquired knowledge by working with real commercial projects under the supervision of our mentors. 3. Those who complete Softonix Incubator successfully will receive an invitation to the position of Junior Frontend Developer.
